Thank you for Becoming a Personal Sponsor. Your sponsorship comes with the following:

• Training for over 2 months

• One colored full-page ad in LMKC program book/possible on website (all ads due by Sep. 30th (300.00 Value) and a complementary program booklet.

• One sponsor sash to be worn by contestants for advertising purposes at all LMKC and KCCF public events

• One participation medal with ribbon and flowers (per candidate)

Instructions:

1. Click on the button “SUBMIT PERSONAL SPONSOR FORM + PAY SPONSOR FEE”

2. Fill out the pop-up form and then "Proceed to Cart” to pay the non-refundable Sponsor fee in order to officially become a Sponsor

3. You will receive two emails. The first is an order confirmation, the second includes a Sponsor PDF for you to go over

4. Once you are ready to submit your images for the Program Book, CLICK ON THIS LINK HERE to submit images. If you want to hire our Ad Designer to create your ad you can also request it on that same link.
